Angéline Terestchenko

Raised in Provence, Angéline is now based in Lisbon. Shaped by the intense light of the South of France, her work is guided by a deep sensitivity to atmosphere, space, and the emotions they evoke.

Her travels across China, the United States, Latin America, and throughout Europe have refined her cinematic approach to photography, where light and composition translate the essence of a place. She is particularly drawn to interiors, seeing them as intimate reflections of those who inhabit them—spaces that hold memories, reveal personalities, and tell quiet yet powerful stories.

Alongside photography, she works with Super 8 film, a format she considers the most authentic way to capture natural emotion. With its grain, texture, and timeless aesthetic, it allows her to create moving images that feel raw, immersive, and deeply evocative.
